FINEMEDIX Co., Ltd (‘https://finemedix.com//’ hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established the following privacy policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users’ personal information, safeguard their rights, and facilitate the smooth resolution of any related concerns.

The Company collects and processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for any other purposes.

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal
The Company follows strict procedures and methods for disposing of personal information once the purpose of its use has been achieved.
■ Disposal Procedure
Personal information entered by users for membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or a separate document storage for paper records) once its purpose is fulfilled. It is then retained for a specific period in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies before being permanently deleted. Personal information stored separately is not used for any purpose other than those specified by law.
■ Disposal Method
- Personal information stored in electronic files is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
- Personal information stored on paper is shredded or incinerated.
5. Provision of Personal Information
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
- When necessary for product delivery, installation, or after-sales service (name, mobile phone number, installation address)
- When the user has given prior consent
6. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
The Company does not entrust users’ personal information to third parties other than contracted delivery, installation, and after-sales service providers without the user’s consent. If the Company needs to entrust personal information processing in the future, it will notify users and obtain prior consent if necessary.
7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users and their legal representatives can access, modify, or request the deletion of their personal information at any time. They can also request membership cancellation.
To access or modify personal information, users can go to the “Edit Personal Information” section (or “Modify Member Information”). To withdraw consent, they can click “Withdraw Membership” and go through an identity verification process. Alternatively, users can contact the Company’s personal information manager via mail, phone, or email, and the Company will take action without delay.
If a user requests a correction to their personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction is completed. If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party immediately to ensure the correction is made.
Personal information that has been deleted or withdrawn upon the user’s request will be processed in accordance with the Company’s retention policies and will not be used for any other purpose.
8. Use of Cookies and Their Management
The Company uses cookies, which are small text files stored on users’ computers, to save and retrieve login information.
